My focus lies within the greater Sacramento region, particularly the northern areas including Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Citrus Heights, Orangevale, Antelope, Lincoln, Loomis, Auburn, and more.

After earning my BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis, I began my professional journey in Silicon Valley as a manufacturing engineer, new product introduction engineer and later as a Project Engineer overseeing new large-scale projects. In 1998, my family and I settled in Roseville, where I worked as a PMI-Certified Project Manager within the tech sector before venturing into residential lending and real estate.

My philosophy centers on building a dependable, professional team as a cornerstone of exceptional service. With unwavering commitment to honesty, integrity, and reliability, I strive to exceed expectations and uphold the highest standards of customer care.
